Duties:
- Lead the Customer Service team to perform the daily operation;
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures;
- Work closely with customer to define customer service standards and ensure the service quality and lead times are achieved;
- Handle customers’ feedback and complaints.
Requirements:
- College degree or above;
- More than 3 years Tmall (Global + local) experience and manage multi-brand (as the candidate need to handle many different brands), preferable in sizeable TP;
- Good command in English, Mandarin& Cantonese;
- Excellent problem solver with can-do attitude;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Customer-oriented, mature and able to work under pressure;
- Hand-on skills in MS Word & Excel as well as other computer applications.
