Job Description:

1. Check original expense claims and invoice issue
审核报销的发票和开发票
2. Prepare daily bookkeeping and accounting journals;
编制财务凭证和日记账
3. Liaise with banks/tax offices for bank transactions and various reports submission;

4. Assists on monthly reporting package and office tax return preparation;
协助做财务月报表和报税
5. Assist Finance managers for daily job
协助财务经理的日常工作

Personal Specification:
1. undergraduate, prefer students graduating in 2018.
本科生，更偏好2018届毕业生
2. Accounting and finance related major
会计与金融相关专业
3. Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel;
熟悉办公自动化软件
4. Good oral and written English as an advantage;
英语流利者优先
5. Available 4days a week

As a member of RZDL group FELB is specialized in transporting containers from the Far East (China, South Korea and Japan) to Russia/Europe and vice versa using the Trans-Siberian railway connection. Our clients can gain significant financial advantages from the short transit time of 12–22 days. 70% of all cargo crossing the Chinese–Russian border via Manzhouli and Zabaykalsk is transported under management from FELB.
FELB is so far the only company running China Europe transit train in daily basis, and the only one running both east bound and west train in a balanced volume.
