职位描述：
Visual Merchandising(VM):
1、Create seasonal VM guideline for franchisees , guide them to improve VM level
2、Implement Seasonal VM campaign, DP and Window
3、On-site VM support and training
4、Check regions’ implementation results regularly

Training & Coaching:
Actively embedding understanding and delivery of Speedo Brand Retail Standards (product knowledge,visual merchandising and customer service) franchisee network via planning and delivery of both classroom theory and in-store workshops and coaching

Store Planning:
Support franchisees to open or upgrade store image, including store planning and design, fixture,display plan and overseeing installation merchandising

Event support:
Assist line manager to implement seasonal trade meeting and other events

Requirements:
1.Prefer design profession
2. Above 3 years’ related working experience
3. Creative thinking, positive attitude, strong communication and training skill
4. Eager to learning
5. Open to constructive feedback
6. Skilful in computer software（Ai/Photoshop/Indesign)
7. Both VM hands-on and training skill preferred
8. Good command of English
