Job Responsibilities:

Work closely with European marketing dept. to define and develop market-oriented products, and execute sourcing strategies.
Attend trade fairs or use other sources to seek for new products and suppliers who can deliver quality products with optimal price.
Screen and preselect potential suppliers to develop products up to our technical standard to enlarge and complete our product range.
Organize internal lb tests with assists from Technial Dept. to analyze product performance and cost.
Negotiate base on product design, technial improvement, procurement terms, and draft contracts.
Develop cost reduction plan, constantly review product cost, negotiate with suppliers and find alternative suppliers for cost down.
Support Finance dept. providing the forecast for amortization of tooling costs, negotiate payment terms.
Support Export and QC dept. for on-time delivery and promised quality.
Maintain and improve and quality, cost, shipping performance, payment terms of existing suppliers.
 
Job Requirements:

Prefer 5+ year (Merchandiser)/8+ (Senior Merchandiser) power tool sourcing experience in multinational company, experience with local markets and supplier bases.
Bachelor Degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent.
Advanced project management experience is a plus.
Excellent negotiation and communication, strong sense of cost, able to analyze and solve problems.
Fluent English both in oral and written.
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office(Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook, etc.)
