职位描述：
1. Job Description:
1）Identifying potential suppliers, building and maintaining good relationships with them; effectively manage category supply base, perform negotiations, and manage key supplier accounts 供应商寻源、开发、维护；日常供应商数据库管理、谈判；
2）Liaising between suppliers, and closely communication with sales 内外部联络，包括与外部供应商和内部销售;
3）After-sales support including payment, contract, logistics, claims and so on 后期的协调和支持，涉及付款，合同，物流，索赔等环节；
4）Evaluating offers and bids and making recommendations based on commercial and specification factors 评估报盘，竞标，根据商务，规范等因素提出建议；
5）Stay informed of industry developments, and market trends; Forecasting price trends and their impact on future activities; Develop and submit reports for senior management 动态观测供应商，行业标杆；预测价格趋势对未来的影响；编制报告；
6）Represent company at international exhibitions and during overseas supplier visits 代表公司参加国际展会和海外供应商拜访；

2. Candidate Profile:
1）3-5 years’ experience & track record in sourcing/procurement/sales with direct supplier /processing plants/KA customers拥有3-5年采购工作经验或销售工作经验，直接联系关键供应商/生产商/关键客户；
2）Knowledge of international trade terms and conditions as well as good understanding of in logistics and imported food customs procedures了解国际贸易条款，了解物流和进出口食品报关清关流程；
3）Knowledge of all laws, duties, taxes and regulations affecting purchase and delivery of assigned commodities了解影响采购和交付货物的法律、税、规章；
4）Proficient English skills英语熟练；
5）Basic computer skills，familiar with MS software电脑熟练，熟悉MS软件；
6）Ability to develop strong business partnerships, influence positively and persuasive tactics具备开发维护客户关系的能力，具有影响力和说服力；
7）Flexibility to work at night晚上可工作（有时差，需要处理邮件等）

1）薪酬模式：底薪（13薪）+佣金
