JOB TITLE: Specialist,Business Development, Electronics, China (市场专员 Marketing Specialist)
DEPARTMENT: Business Development
REPORTS TO: Regional Business Development Manager-Electronics
POSITION SUMMARY: This position requires an entrepreneurial, high energy person with a desire to dramatically increase market awareness, penetration and growth of regional product sales to the assigned market. As with all existing programs, success is dependent on the incumbent’s ability to adjust to market discoveries and conditions and the ability to interface effectively with others within and outside of Dymax. The incumbent will work with Business Development Managers, Sales, Technical Engineer and Global Product Managers to obtain market intelligence relative to key market players, market trends, competitors and technology trends.
The incumbent will work with Mar-Com Team to bring together all of the elements of a fully integrated program utilizing the existing product line and that which is in development. Specifically, the incumbent will address the product offering, promotions, and channel partners. To be successful, the incumbent will interface with numerous functions within Dymax (and parties outside of Dymax) including; Customers, R&D, Equipment Design, Operations, the Marketing Communications Team, Field Sales, Channel Partners, and outside Market Influencers.
The incumbent is expected to travel approximately 10% (overnight) as needed.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsibilities listed below are:
A. Work with Business Development Manager to develop an annual business Program, complete with program goals, forecast, objectives, and activities and budget including department and promotional. This will include competitive information, visits to trade shows, and research utilizing available tools.

B. Assist with the development and creation of Technology Roadmaps and New Product Business Cases. Champions and monitors product development activities consistent with the business Program.

C. Assists Business Development Manager with new product launches. Including but not limited preparation production martials to assist internal training sales, AEs and Marcom.

D. Assists with the tracking and managing of projects in the field support all sales channels.

EDUCATION: 4 year College degree
EXPERIENCE:
1. Business-to-Business Technical Marketing experience.
2. Specialty chemical sales or marketing experience a plus
SKILLS:
Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
Able to communicate effectively in both local language and English.
Ability to work in cross-functional teams is mandatory.
