Job Description
Huhan Advisory (“Huhan”) is currently seeking an Analyst to support our real estate investment advisory business. Huhan advises top developers and foreign investment funds and arrange a wide range of services including innovative capital solutions and investment sales to developers, asset and fund managers in mainland China and overseas markets. The Analyst will participate in the market and financial analysis, as well as preparation of client deliverables and presentations with other professionals in the Company.

Responsibilities
1. Gather and evaluate economic, demographic and real estate market data
2. Prepare pitch materials for new or existing assignments
3. Perform MS Excel-based financial analysis
4. Review and analyze quantitative data, legal documents and other materials
5. Assist with preparation of client deliverables and presentations
6. Other assignments as required

Requirements
1. Minimum 1 year work experience with Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Finance, Real Estate or Engineering preferred
2. Strong mathematical analysis and logical thinking capabilities, with the ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative information and translate into client deliverables
3. Proficiency with MS Office, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word
4. Self-motivating individual who is detail-oriented, with the ability to multi-task, effectively manage time and work within a team under pressure
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English
