职位描述：
工作职责：
1、设计及制作广告、横幅、单页、广告主题创意等。
2、严格执行设计制作流程，熟炼操作各项设计制作软件，办公软件，保证工作质量。
3、认真做好公司各类图片信息和主题资料的收集、整理、归档工作。
5、在领导下，根据公司整体计划要求和项目计划要求实施设计、制作工作。
6、负责做好内部各部门需要美工帮助的工作，并按照制作要求完成。
7、发挥工作中的主观能动性，积极完成上级领导交办的各项任务。
任职资格：
1、美术、平面设计相关专业，专科及以上学历；美院毕业优先，
2、有扎实的美术功底、良好的创意思维和理解能力，能及时把握客户需求；
3、精通Photoshop/Dreamweaver/Illustrator等设计软件；
4、 有一定的创作能力，对事物有自己的观点，并能通过设计作品良好表达；
5、 良好的学习能力、团队合作精神、分析判断能力、沟通协调能力。
