职位描述：

Title: Engineering Manager

Location：Tianjin

Report to: Operation Manager

Purpose:

1. Manage engineering, projects as well as maintenance at Tianjin DaGang site.

2. Support other sites and manage projects for BU Pigments in Greater China

Responsibility:

Engineering DaGang

1. Archive and keep up to date technical drawings (PID)

2. Plan and manage investment projects

3. Run technical improvement projects

4. Ensure proper change management

Project management

1. Lead and manage investment projects

2. Carry out basic engineering, prepare budgets and timelines for investment project

3. Initiate and develop new concepts for equipment and process improvement as well as capacity increases

Engineering Management GrC

1. Implement best practice maintenance procedures in all BU Pigment sites

2. Ensure technical availability of production facilities and infrastructure in all BU Pigment sites

3. Optimization of technical equipment concerning performance, reliability and efficiency

4. Conduct Gap analyses and run improvement programs

5. Ensure compliance of technical equipment with Clariant & international norms and local regulations

People Management

1. Train, develop and consult technical personell in all BU Pigment sites

2. Conduct trainings to develop technical staff capabilites in all BU Pigment site

3. ESHA / legal compliance

Cost management

1. Control, monitor and report yearly maintenance and CAPEX budget for Tianjin DaGang and BU Pigments sites GrC

2. Planning of yearly investment and maintenance budget Greater China

3. Track investment and maintenance expenditures in GrC

Maintenance DaGang

1. Guide, supervise and develop the maintenance team

2. Ensure building, equipment & infrastructure are well maintained, calibrated and repaired

3. Ensure that utilities and infrastructure are running reliable and cost efficient (low energy consumption)

4. Ensure compliance of technical equipment with Clariant & international norms and local regulations

5. Establish SAMACO & preventive maintenance. Maintenance run according to Clariant best practice

Requirements:

1. Bachelor or above Chemical Engineering or related

2. 8+ years’ chemical operation experience at least 3 of them as management role

3. Familiar with process of colorant/coating/ink related

4. High maturity management skill

5. Lean/6 sigma background is preferred

6. Fluent English
