KEY SERVICES:

• Act as an interface between CBU and GSM team to lead GSM related sub-functional team to support CBU business requirements in terms of advance parts/product line development, budgetary BOM cost submittal, outsourced components procurement for parts/product line validation
  
• Early involve suppliers to support product development, and manage supplier’s behavior to protect company’s
  
• Seeking the material prices and supplier information for the new projects/business to support business pursuit activities to win business
  
• Act as a project leader within GSM team to support CBU for new project flawless launch
  
• Participate regular project/product line related meetings, and take purchasing actions by escalating purchasing related issues/risks in the meeting actively
  
• Follow commodity strategy
  
• Support material localization
  
• Support logistic LB3 strategy
  
• Follow and Implement Delphi purchasing policies and procedures
  
• Regular report to manager and other tasks assigned if necessary

QUALIFICATION:

• Bachelor degree in engineering or business
  
• At least 5 years Purchasing experience in international / commodity purchasing, in automotive industry experience is preferred,
  
• Good understanding of purchasing fundamental
  
• Prefer to have technical/engineering background on commodity knowledge
  
• Good communication/negotiation skill, project management is preferred
  
• Proficient in speaking, writing English and Microsoft office tools.
  
• Basic knowledge in TS16949.
