职位描述：
Job description:
- Complete the sourcing tasks within the agreed lead-time.
- Ensure PO and/or contracts are in place and followed up with suppliers for the sourcing activities.
- Analyze business requirements for new sourcing needs while collaborating closely with internal clients and related departments.
- Communicate Purchasing Policy and Procedures to the stakeholders and report exceptions to ensure compliance to Purchasing Policies and Procedures.
- Prepare thorough and accurate spend analysis to identify key areas for improvement.
- Create bidding documentation (Request for Proposal / Requirement Presentation), contact potential suppliers for new requests, and interact with suppliers on bringing value to Atlas Copco.
 - Evaluate vendor proposals on total cost of ownership, value-adding, risk and sustainability and lead negotiations with the vendors.
- Draft, establish and/or adapt contract agreements to operational requirements.
 - Plan and carry out a smooth transition towards supplier relationship and contract management after contract signature to ensure supplier dependability and contract obligations compliance.
- Monitor any evolution of relevant market, analyze possible impact on Atlas Copco activities and act accordingly.
- Other duties as assigned by regional Business Controller.

Experience requirements
-At least 5 years of indirect purchasing experience Facility Management, MARCOM or IT&T, Travel, Professional Service, HR commodities.
- Solid project management experience.

Knowledge
- Multi-tasking and project management abilities is required.

Educational requirements
- Bachelor degree or above

Personality requirements
- Excellent negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong execution ability.
- Good balance between ability to challenge and ready to make hands dirty.
- Team player
