职位描述：
We are seeking a project assistant or manager to provide support to our project work and administrative office tasks. Position and compensation will be based upon capability and experience. Job responsibilities and required knowledge include:

- Provide support on project bidding;
- Document preparation, update for projects;
- Provide support to server system projects on testing and maintenance;
- Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Suite
- Provide support and manage office activities such as answering phones, mails, book-keeping;
- Strong written and oral English;
- Ability to take initiative and be a self-starter, and strong communications skills;
- Ability to maintain effectiveness in varying environments and with varying tasks, responsibilities, and people;
- Bachelor's degree or higher with environment science background a plus.
