Summary
Issue invoices, shipping documents, debit, and credit notes and follow-up documents process. Prepare sales contracts for Iron Ore based on trade policy.
Main Responsibilities
? Issue, remit shipping documents, checking Letter of Credit referred to Iron Ore with quality and on schedule to Vale’s customers around the world achieving SLA and internal and external customer’s satisfaction;
? Support on letter of credit flows, aiming process optimization and zero discrepancies;
? Establishing liaison and integration with other departments involved on the process, such as Commercial, Ports, Quality, Trade Finance, etc.;
? Act and follow-up letter of credit flows, aiming process optimization and zero discrepancies;
? Endeavor processes, since letter of credit analysis until payment, ensuring shortest possible time supporting DSO reduction.
? Elaboration of sales contracts for Iron Ore customers, developing critical analysis in order to ensure compliance with policies and guidelines established by Vale trade, contributing to revenue maximization of ferrous division and overall company results.
? Elaboration and implementation of KPIs related to sales administration processes, aiming to guarantee assertiveness, fulfillment of the time frame and improving the “Order to billing” flow.
Qualifications
? Degree in Economics, Administration or International Relations
? Fluency in English language
? Letter of Credit (UCP600) process knowledge
? International Trade process knowledge
? IT Skills : Word, Excel, Access, Powerpoint
? Ability to give clear guidance to clients and put great efforts to attend to their needs
? Ability to maintain working relationship and effectively communicate with internal and external clients
? Planning and organization, works well under pressure, great attention to detail
? Experience in commodity, oil and gas etc. is a plus
