3. Sorting/Rework of Nonconforming Product
4. Analyze Scrap
5. Investigate issues identified in our own plants
6. Provide Quality Visual Aids
7. Identify and follow up the training subjects for the inspectors
8. Data collection and Trend analysis
9. Handle the Process qualification, and ensure process change is identified and follow up process change
10. Handle the Customer Quality Issue
11. Provide RMA and tracking
12. Return Material Analysis
13. Process Monitoring
14. Localized and Transferred tool qualification
15. Tractability and labeling projects
16. Handle the supplier quality monitoring
17. Problem issues and solving
18. Supervise QC Technician
19. Authorized to shut down production activities against any abnormal process control
20. Follow the Company EHS policies
21. Prevent waste materials, stationery, water, and electricity and protect nature

Major Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree or above
2. Strong engineering knowledge, be familiar with ISO 9000/QS9000 /TS16949 quality system, having quality management and inspection experience and teamwork leading ability, have experience for internal audit,
3. Be familiar with molding process
4. More than 5 years relevant experience
