职位描述：
本公司为全球汽车工业的一级国际供应商。我们正在计划战略性扩大在中国的市场，需要寻找一名能够确保我们的供应链发展壮大的高级质量工程师。同时，希望您的加入能够在国际汽车OEMs的要求下进一步发展公司的质量体系。该职位负责日常质量管理，以发展我们的质量体系，在一旦出现质量偏差的情况下，保持最高水平的客户支持和响应能力。能够熟练地用英文和中文交流，并了解较为复杂的机电产品。
工作职责:
? 对货物进货检验、内线生产控制、出厂检验等进行日常质量管理
? 在质量偏离的情况下，发起/采取纠正措施
? 给供应商选择，初始资质和持续改进提供支持
? 执行内部和外部审计
? 管理客户审计
? 设计并执行流程和产品资质
? 持续调整KPI指标
? 领导分配的其他任务
资质和工作经验：
? 大学本科学历，电子/电气工程，机电一体化或类似的研究领域
? 10年电子产品制造经验，具有5年以上的质量管理工作经验
? 对ISO9001、TS16949、ISO14001及相关方法学有深刻了解
? 有很强的与人沟通能力，且是中英文双语。

Summary Description
This role is responsible for managing quality on a daily basis well as to develop our quality system and to maintain the highest level of customer support and responsiveness in case of quality deviations. Ability to communicate fluently in English and Chinese on all levels and understanding complex electromechanical products is essential.

Tasks
? Overlook day to day quality management for goods incoming inspection, in-line production control, outgoing inspection
? Initiate corrective actions and DoEs in case of deviations
? Support supplier selection, initial qualification and continuous improvement
? Perform internal and external audits
? Manage customer audits
? Design and execute process and product qualifications
? Continuously adjust KPI scorecards
? Lead as required

Qualification & Experiences:
? University degree in engineering with a focus on electronics/electrical engineering, mechatronics or similar field of study.
? 10 years’ experience with Electronics Manufacturing with more than 5 years in a quality management role
? Profound Knowledge of ISO9001, TS16949, ISO14001 and related methodology
? Very strong communications skills, including English and Chinese
