Mission:
- Develop and grow the sales, market share, profitability and awareness in Biopharma business of Novasep Services and products in China.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent the best interests of the company to the biopharmaceutical industry.
- Identify new business opportunities and customers
- Effectively open doors, is comfortable talking to senior client management and can close sales opportunities.
- Generate new business leads. Call on prospective accounts, provide technical and administrative product information, develop presentations, and generate proposals in cooperation with relevant peers. Prepare client-specific presentations and other data to respond to client needs.
- Successfully build and develop trusting relationships with customers.
- Optimize and prioritize the development of key accounts
- Work effectively with the rest of the organization. Provide the feedback of market information to support Marketing and R&D as well as work with the sales organization in the event of a shared account; use the CRM with customer visits reports, projects management.
- Professionally manage complex decision making process sales.
- Ensure that sales targets are met and exceeded by maintaining sales networking and client development activities using a local and systematic approach to problem solving, priority setting and decision making.
Team Management Responsibility: No
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or above, with technical specialty, e.g. Life Sciences, Biochemistry, Biology
- Minimum 5-8 years of proven success in sales in Biopharmaceutical industry
- Experience with chromatography is a plus
- Achiever, results orientated, tenacious and customer focused
- Excellence in negotiation, communication and presentation skills
- Comfortable with complex decision making process Sales
- Chinese native speaker, Fluent English language skills
