职位描述：
KEY TASKS:
? Accounts payable and payments. Handle suppliers’ routine inquiries.
? Assist in preparing month end closing
? Maintain filing system
? Concur process and report, and payment on HSBC net
? Sap voucher and month end closing
? Voucher filling
? Go to bank and tax bureau to forward document
? Assist on providing the document for annual audit
? Other ad hoc/administrative tasks as requested
 
REQUIREMENTS:
? Diploma or above with at least 2 -3 years relevant experience
? LCC & I Intermediate or above
? Proficiency in MS Office, basic Excel skills
? Hands-on experience and data entry in T/T application and on-line e-banking.
? Detail orientated, self-motivated and hardworking
? Good command of spoken and written English
? Committed to meet deadlines
