职位描述：
Main Responsibilities

? To be a business partner
? Responsible for the optimization of accounting, treasury, audit and tax of TFSH and SLCN.
? Monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for TFSH and SLCN.
? Leading Shanghai reporting/GL/Tax finance team
? Good cooperation and coordination with Cost team and JX/HK/US finance team
? Group Month close management, leading group reporting system, and be a good analyst
? Leading group accounting system, and improve principles and internal process
? Supervise and give full support to China market BU, online, ODM and store
? Assist to group tax planning and lead some tax projects.
? Financing task for other Trayton Group companies in Shanghai.



Peers & Culture:
? Close cooperation with China Market Online, Store and ODM Sales Managers.
? Close cooperation with Finance Controller, Treasury Manager, JX, HK and US finance teams.
? Being part of a young and vibrant team in China, HK and North America – in an expanding and exiting business environment.


Experience/Education Required
? Above university degree, major in Finance or Accounting related.
? 10+ years’ experiences in Finance function, and 5+ years as a management role.
? Be familiar with financial procedures and regulation related tax and compliance.
? Be familiar with and good sense of overall accounting process including GL, Cash, Tax, Cost, as well as knowledge of auditing in manufactory and trading companies
? Well-organization and task scheduling ability, team-work spirit and self-motivated to take the challenge with high integrity.
