职位描述：
Job Description:
? Overall understanding about BMS, understand pharmaceutical process control solution and has the capability to develop or maintain at least one of below system:
Siemens (WinCC/S7 PLC), Rockwellv(Factorytalk, AB PLC), Emerson (DeltaV), GE-Fanuc (iFIX)
? Building Management System (BMS) is defined to cover intelligent ELV systems in buildings and plants, such as HVAC control system, facility/environmental monitoring system, utility monitoring & control system, electrical monitoring system, lighting control system, video surveillance system, access control system, intrusion alarm system, fire detecting & alarm system, etc.
? Make design for BMS including URS, function description, related drawings, and tendering documents etc.
? Instruct and review BMS vendor’s detailed design including system layout, control schematic, control panel layout/wiring diagram, field instrument schedule/wiring diagram and shop drawing etc.
? Review BMS vendor’s programming & and testing
? On-site supervision to BMS vendor’s construction and commissioning
? Process control solution applied to process area such as: Formulation, Fermentation, CU, CIP/SIP, Bio related process. Prepare related control system architecture, URS, function specifications, interfaces, programming, test and validation in accordance with current regulatory requirements.
? Understand GMP, 21CFR part 11, GAMP5, Data integrity related guideline and regular requirement

Requirements:
? Bachelor or Master Degree, solid knowledge in BMS and process automation design & engineering.
? Over 5 years’ experience in BMS-related and process automation project execution & engineering service delivery.
? Engineering experience in pharmaceutical & biotechnological industry will be an asset.
? Good skill in MS Office and knowledge of AutoCAD.
? cGMP & GAMP5 knowledge and experience are preferred.
? Master of written and spoken English.
