Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Work with internal departments and suppliers to design and develop products meeting business needs
- Own new product development
- Work with Engineering team and supplier to define the product qualification plan
- Monitor the project schedule, quality and costs
- Ensure compliance to national regulatory requirements, e.g. EMC, ErP, Safety, RED, CE, RoHS, REACH, Prop65, PAH etc.
- Keep up-to-date of market & technology trends and introduce new design concept & solution/ new product to sustain business growth
- Own supplier performance including on-time delivery, quality, price reduction
- Take personal lead and timely action to correct supplier problems to supplier performance and sustain business competitiveness
- Explore opportunities with new suppliers
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Electronics/ IT is a MUST
- Minimum 3 years of experience in product development, of which at least 1 year in consumer electronics, computing or electrical accessories/appliances industry
- Knowledge in computer/tablet interfacing products e.g. locks, screens, power charging devices, hub
- Knowledge in electronics manufacturing, quality testing
- Experience in supplier management
- Proficient in English and Mandarin with good presentation skills
