职位描述：
岗位职责 Job Responsibility:
1)负责正常COP 试验和委托试验的正确操作，在规定时间内完成，确保试验结果的准确性和真实性；
Responsibility for normal COP test and commission test with proper operation, complete within the specified time, ensure test result with the accuracy and authenticity;
2) 负责对对气囊爆破的图像、数据进行分析判断是否合格；
Analyze and judge fail or pass to deployment video and data ;
3) 对数据和图像定期保存并归档；
Responsibility for save and archive the data and picture ;
4) 执行搬厂或设备维修，设计更改需要进行的PV实验；
Carry out PV testing when relocation, facility maintenance or design change;
5) 完成安全气囊的年度型式试验,对不能执行的委托CTC实施并跟踪试验进程和结果；
Finish airbag annual testing or submit test to CTC if ACS cannot carry test ,follow up process and result;
6) 能够看懂标准，并从中间找出对实验有用的信息，根据这些信息指导实验完成；
Understand standard, some important information can be find form regulation and finish the deployment according to these information;
7) 维持工作区域的5S和设备及夹具的日常维护，改进夹具的使用，提高利用率延长使用时间；
Maintenance testing equipment and jig daily and holing 5S in working area, improve jig to increase using efficiency and extend use timing;
8) 定期清点并定购爆破设备、系统,灯具及爆破检具的备件；
Check and book deployment testing equipment 、system 、light and deployment jig spare parts;
9) 负责协助编写气囊实验室的各种程序文件，指导手册，记录表格等；
Assist writing airbag lab procedure ,instruction, record format;
10) 参与涉及测试方法及频率的持续改进；
Participate in the continuous improving about testing method and frequency;
11) 其他上级领导交办的事务；
Fulfill other business required by Superior;

1) 了解公司质量环境安全方针，遵守和执行公司管理体系文件规定；

2) 了解并遵守工作相关的法律法规；

Identify and control environment during work;
4) 了解工作范围的危险源和控制方法；

教育背景 Educational Background:
机械电器专业技术本科以上背景
Mechanism technical college background

岗位要求 Requirements：
1） 具备机械或加工制造、模具方面的知识；
Have mechanism or machining manufacture ,die knowledge;
2） 有在试验室或和测试有关的领域工作的经验；
Have some experience at lab or relative area;
3） 具备快速掌握设备操作的能力,有维修设备的经验；
have equipment operating and maintenance ability fastly;
4） 具备办公软件电脑操作及英语读写能力
have general skill of operate computer , reading and writing skill in English
5） 细心并有责任感；
Circumspective and accountability;
