职位描述：
Creative Retail Design Manager

Mission for Creative Design Manager:
To drive creatively teams of designers to deliver successful projects on key Cosmetic,
Jewelry & other retail accounts. To set up reliable creative processes to ensure a minimum
of 80% success rate of design presentations.
Outcomes:
1. Minimum 80% of creative presentations success rate.
- Creative presentation are defined as pitches, initial concepts presentation &
major creative refinements.
- Successful presentation definition: the client is happy, congratulate the work,
one option is chosen, we move to next step of the design process.
2. Deliver a minimum of 3 Pride Projects every 6 month
- Pride projects are projects that we can proudly photograph & put in the company
portfolio as a success story
3. Design projects Scorecards & Report to the direction to ensure visibility about each
projects process & outputs
4. Coach Designers under your wing to raise their skills & make them climb in
company organigram every 2 years or less.
5. TopGrade the Design team with 2 new members at the end of every year.
6. Be a leading example for the company values (Family, Creativity, Bravery, Service,
Growth, Freedom) & enforce them to the team through daily rituals.
7. Cherish & nurture a strong family spirit in the office through personal attentions to all
other members.
- Wish birthdays, invite to take a drink, share food, etc
- Always, under all circumstances, keep respectful attitude with everyone in the
team.

Necessary Competencies:
-Excellent fast sketching skills
-Excellent sense of proportions, colors matching, material choices & manufacturing
processes, especially in China.
-Complete fluency on: Illustrator, Photoshop, Keynote.
-Efficiency: Capable to produce significant output with minimal wasted efforts
-Organisation / Planning: Plan, organize, schedule your projects in a productive & clean
trackable manner
-Aggressiveness: Moves quickly & takes forceful stands without being overly abrasive
-Deep Curiosity: Dives into a subject deep & fast, swallow large amount of inspirations
before any new creative challenge
-Ability to Develop People: Coaches people in their current roles to improve performance &
prepare them for future roles
-Calm under pressure: Maintain stable performance & outward positive attitude when under
heavy pressure or stress.
-Communication & persuasion: Speaks & writes clearly & articulately. Able to convince
others to pursue a course of actions, including in public speaking presentations.
