职位描述：
岗位职责：
1.建立和完善风险管理控制体系；
2.组织、参与投资项目资料的审核，根据项目情况提供风险防范建议；
3.参与公司新项目的开发和业务操作流程的优化工作；
4.定期撰写或编辑行业预警、行业指导和宏观经济周期分析，为公司决策提供参考；
5.负责通过评审项目的条件与增信措施的落实监控；
6.负责督查项目监管情况、提出风险预警，控制项目风险；
7.负责组织、协调、审核基金产品发行方案，监督项目的投后管理。
任职资格：
1.本科以上学历，金融、法律、经济管理及其他相关专业；
2. 5年以上金融从业经验、三年以上正规金融机构风控管理经验；
3. 熟知金融学、证券、股权及私募基金行业相关的法律法规，企业管理学等相关知识、行业知识、风险控制知识；
4. 具备较强的信息采集和分析判断能力，对项目风险分析有丰富的经验；
5. 具有优秀的分析、解决问题能力、思路清晰、考虑问题细致；有较强的工作责任心和事业心、团队精神。
