职位描述：
 Major
Responsibilities:

1. Collect
customer demand timely, updated weekly stock data and complete MRP (material
requirements planning)

2. Make
production schedule based on MRP by week and enter CMS system

3. Tracking
actual output vs. scheduled Q’ty, when finding gap, check with production team
and make sure production schedule finished on time

4. When
meet customer urgent order or customer line down risk, modify production
schedule in time to meet customer requirement

5. Deal
with abnormal production with production team and make sure production complete
on time

6. Monitor
urgent part production and push enter stock in time

7. Through
transfer part from one kind of machine to another kind , to balance machine
capacity to make machine run with maximum efficiency

8. Check
with tooling maintenance team and push broken tool resume in time to meet
customer requirement

9. Collect
and analyze department operation data and make report each day

10. Collect
advanced sample order and arrange & coordinate sample order production and
shipment

Qualifications

1. Bachelor
degree or above

2. More
than 1 year working experience in planning function

3. Good
English oral and written skills

4. Strong
PC and systems skilled

5. Result
oriented and excellence communication skills
