职位描述：
1.负责全年市场营销活动的计划、费用预算的制定，经批准后组织落实，并进行费用管控；
2.负责集团公司整体市场营销活动（线上及线下）的创意、策划和推广，并协同进行落地和执行
3.负责集团各区域营销活动方案的指导与监督工作；
4.进行客户分析，挖掘用户需求，开发新的客户和新的市场领域
5.负责宣传的拓展与开发，与媒体行业保持良好的合作关系；
6.负责公司自有媒体的规划与管理，包括企业官网、APP、官方微博、官方微信、菜单书等等
7. 建立行业客户数据库，了解不同客户的现状与可能需求
8. 协助集团CEO制定公司的发展战略，销售战略，制定并组织实施完整的销售计划，领导团队将计划转变为销售结果
9. 市场销售团队的建设，建立、补充、发展、培养销售队伍

任职要求：
1.专业不限，杰出的英文沟通和读写能力
2.5年及以上市场营销在职经验，酒店/餐饮/婚礼服务行业优先
3.擅长协调组织，整合多团队资源，推进跨团队项目发展；
4,与媒体 社交媒体有良好关系
4.热爱时尚，旅游，餐饮，行业，热爱中西方美食，有服务行业背景，熟悉移动互联网推广方式和手段的优先考虑；
5.具备一定的市场敏感度；有较强的抗压能力，愿意接受新挑战，具有创新性；
6.有酒店/餐饮服务、美食行业相关从业经验者优先
7有婚恋 婚宴 浪漫的蜜月策划成功经验者优先
