职位描述：
Helen Doron English Hongkou Center is seeking ESL teachers for Chinese young kids. This position is located in Hongkou Sub-Central Business District in Shanghai. All chosen teachers must attend and pass our 5-day Teacher Training Course (TTC) and seminars. The primary responsibilities include the following:

1. Prepare and deliver lessons to children aged 3 months - 12 years in groups up to 10 learners, using flashcards, props, songs and games
2. Demonstrate the Helen Doron method to support and participate related sales and marketing activities
3. Make various props, buy some learning tools, and develop creative teaching process for better learning experience
4. Participate training, workshops, and seminars frequently to improve teaching performance
5. Evaluate the language level and learning progress of learners and give professional advice
6. Cooperate with teacher assistants or course consultants to collect feedback from learners and parents to make continuous improvement and deal with complaints

Preferred Qualification:
1. English Native Speakers
2. Bachelor Degree or above in education, pedagogy, or related fields
3. Enjoy teaching a small group of young kids, especially babies and toddlers with parents
4. Energetic, creative, flexible, patient, and caring
5. Prior experience teaching English, children or both
6. Love to create a fun learning atmosphere
7. Can work at weekends
8. Have long commitment to live in Shanghai
9. Some basic knowledge of Mandarin
