Resolve customer issues, such as inquiry, orders, payment and customer service etc.
处理与客户相关的所有事项， 包含客户询价，订单，付款和售后服务等
Promote timely and correctly to customers new strategy, new policy, new project and new products, and collect feedback to support company to adjust
及时准确地把公司的新战略，新政策，新项目和新产品等介绍给客户，并收集客户反馈以便公司后续决策
Cooperate with other departments such as marketing, product, logistics and finance to maintain and improve customer’s degree of satisfaction.
配合其他部门比如市场，产品，物流和财务部，维持并提高客户的满意度

At least 2-3 years sales working experience in automotive independent aftermarket business.
