岗位描述
Descriptions of work:

1) 业务发展、了解客户需求并提供合适产品 ；
Develop new customers for the company by understanding and exploring customer’s needs, and then promoting the company's products actively；

2) 通过电话、网络以及来访接洽的方式与客户进行业务洽谈；
Negotiate business with customers via telephone, Internet and face-to-face meetings；

3) 与客户建立良好关系，有效维护客户，并促成业务；
Establish good relationship with customers, and maintain existing customers effectively, as well as promote business；

4) 与公司的生产团队协调, 并及时有效地沟通，以确保订单顺利 和准时交货；
Coordinate & communicate effectively with the company's production operations to ensure smooth & on-time order delivery；

5) 确保客户 及时付款
Ensure timely customer payments；


6) 具备市场分析及判断能力，良好的客户服务意识；
Ability to do effective market analysis and have good judgment. Requires a good understanding of customer service；

7) 具备良好的团队合作和团队建设精神，小组管理能力强会有机会晋升管理岗位
Successfully showing good team spirit and consistent proactive team building & team management skills will ensure promotion to leadership positions；

8) 经常性的商务旅行（涉及国内外）；
