职位描述：
岗位职责：

1、负责接待来访人员及总机电话接转、记录；

2、负责信刊、快递、文件的统计与收发及办公用品的请购和分发；

3、负责公司员工考勤统计；

4、其他相关办公室辅助工作；

5、上级领导安排的其它行政事务性工作。


任职要求：

1、大专以上学历，五官端正；

2、熟练使用Word, Excel等计算机办公软件；

3、诚实、礼貌、细心、责任心强、工作认真，具有良好的服务意识；

4、具有良好的沟通能力、协调能力，性格开朗，待人热诚；
