职位描述：
Job Responsibility
1) Responsible for assembly process planning and execution , Lead and develop process development and engineering team to achieve the objectives, Establishes and develop IE development process in China operation.
负责装配工艺的计划和实行， 根据项目的目标领导和开发工艺， 建立中国 公司的工艺开发流程
2) Responsible for lean system training and implemention,lead the improvment workshop, Continuously improvement both for effectiveness and efficiency. Lead CIP team, organize CIP workshops in both production and non-production areas to reach yearly manufacturing saving target
负责精益培训和应用，领导公司改进活动， 对效率和效益持续改进。领导持续改进小组，到达年度降本目标组织生产和非生产领域的持续改进活动。
3) Manage the warehouse and logistic function department, to join in develop and implement supply chain strategy and policies in line with the overall business strategy and objectives. To ensure timely and safe delivery of all purchases orders within the set cost. To lead continuously improve and develop logistics operational process to increase the efficiency and save cost.
管理仓库物流职能部门， 参与供应链开发和应用战略。 确保所有的采购订单得到及时和安全的执行。领导持续改进和物流开发活动以提升效率和降低成本。
4) Responsible for production activities, arrange the production plan . Lead the operation team, includes production, maintenance , production process;manage the production team, maintenance team, implement the TPM system,5S system, attendance and operator performance appraisal system.
负责生产，安排生产计划。领导运营团队，包括生产，维修，生产工艺部门， 确保TPM系统，5S系统，员工考勤和绩效考勤系统的管理和实施。
5) Responsible for internal quality, Control internal quality cost and expense control,implement the quality system,manage the internal quality including incoming quality, production quality. Support company to achieve the Formel Q and QSB certifiction and make sure the quality system implementation through the entire operation department.
负责工厂质量，厂内质量控制和费用控制，质量系统的应用，厂内质量管理包括来料质量，生产质量。支持并且缺德Formel Q 和QSB 系统的认证取得并且确保这些质量系统在整个运营部门得到有效的执行。
6) Be part of new project development , in charge of process development, advance quality, advance logistic etc.
负责新项目的工艺开发，先期质量，先期物流开发等工作
7) Manage the operation department ,establish and implement short-and long-range departmental goals, objectives; manage the department KPI,budget planning and control.
管理运营部门，建立和应用短期和长期部门目标，管理公司KPI，预算，计划和控制。
8) Administrative personel to review the achievements and discuss required changes in goals or objectives resulting from current status and conditions. Estiblish and implement the goals,objectives,policoes amd operating procedures. Manage and motived operation team.
根据现有的情况和条件对部门人事行政目标进行讨论和改进。 建立和应用目标，方针，计划流程，管理和激励运营团队。
9) Coordinates global activities
负责全球事物的合作和协调。

Job Requirements
1) 良好的英语听说读写；
Good command Both Oral and written English skill;
2) 熟悉IATF16949及ISO18000体系；
Familiar with IATF16949 and ISO18000 System;
3) 良好的解决问题和人际沟通的能力。
Good problem solving and interpersonal skills .
4) 熟悉MS Office软件；
Good knowledge of MS office
