POSITION SUMMARY:

? 负责总帐、明细帐及会计凭证编制,按期结帐,按规定编制月度和年度报表
? 负责账目记录的具体工作,平衡现金簿和银行结余,审核单据,使之符合账目和税务要求
? 审核各类会计凭证,对凭证的完整、真实、规范负责
? 负责公司各项费用的报销,款项支付的初步审核
? 负责员工报销费用的审核、凭证的编制和登帐
? 每月及时准确进行纳税申报
? 完成上司交代的其他任务

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:

Bookkeeping
? To prepare and record accounting vouchers as per local statutory requirement.
? To maintain different types of ledgers, e.g. General, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets etc.
? To prepare & upload General Journal, Accounts Payable, Payment vouchers etc. in SAP.
? To complete all vouchers & schedules and generate financial report for monthly or yearly closing.

Cash and Banking
? To verify the expense invoices with approval before payment.
? If it is purchase under Purchase Requisition (PR), it is required to match the approved PR.
? To arrange payment to vendors by cash/remittance/checks.
? To inform vendors the payments details after the settlement is arranged.
? To maintain the actual movement of bank book and petty cash book.
? Bank Reconciliation and confirmation.
? To calculate and prepare monthly funding schedule for office operation.
Financial Analysis
? To prepare Profit and Loss items analysis including, breakdown of telephone & communication, repair & maintenance, postage & courier, stationery & supplies, legal & professional, office rental, rental of equipment and car.
? To prepare Balance Sheet items analysis including prepayment, deposits, other receivable, other payable, accruals, fixed assets breakdown and receivable aging.

Travel & Entertainment
? To verify Travel & Entertainment Reports and approval based on T&E policy.
? To clarify the details with travelers if there is query.
? To check the exchange rates for overseas trips.
? To check the calculation of the report.
? To check and offset cash advances for the corresponding trips (if any).
? To inform associates after reimbursed.
? To remind associates for the outstanding advance and chase T&E report.
Tax Declaration & Filing
? To maintain monthly VAT invoices for local tax declaration.
? To assist and handle all local tax filing (e.g. Income tax, VAT, business tax) by due date and align it with professional parties.
? To assist and coordinate the annual audit work.
Fixed Assets
? To verify the fixed assets invoices with the approved PCA number and approval.
? To maintain record for fixed assets acquisition, written off and depreciation.
? To keep filing of the fixed assets invoices.
? To prepare fixed assets reporting and register.
Others
? To file vouchers, documents & reports and scan documents.
? Other ad hoc assignments and projects assigned by Senior.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Experience:
? 财务工作经验2年以上,熟悉会计法规和税法和一定的英语能力
? 熟练使用OUTLOOK、WORD、EXCEL等电脑办公软件
? 熟悉SAP财务软件优先考虑
? 有良好的学习能力、独立工作能力和财务分析能力
? 工作认真仔细,有责任感,良好的团队协作精神和沟通表达能力

           Education:
? 财务会计专业大专以上学历,持有会计上岗证
