Blue Nile is looking for a native Japanese-speaking Diamond and Jewelry Consultant who is also fluent in Chinese and/or English. The Blue Nile Diamond and Jewelry Consultant is an individual who embraces knowledge and education as their core. The Diamond and Jewelry Consultant at Blue Nile is a person who is outgoing, passionate and thrives on helping others. Our goal in Customer Service is to enhance and grow the brand connection experience for our Blue Nile customers. 1. 能够流利的用日语为客户提供出色的服务
2. 为客人提供专业的钻石以及珠宝产品知识
3.向顾客传递Blue Nile的购物理念,帮助顾客建立对Blue Nile品牌的信任
4. 向客户提供耐心的建议以及指导并且对客人做决定给出诚挚的建议。
5.在Blue Nile服务标准内,积极跟进顾客需求,有效解决复杂的客服挑战,寻求超越顾客期望的解决方案。
6.能够保持良好的态度以及正确的时间观念,在Blue Nile服务标准内,积极跟进顾客需求
7.理解部门的目标,达到规定的指标
8. 熟练有效的掌握并且应用所有的工作使用软件以及系统
9. 翻译并且审阅网站上日语以及英文的相关内容是否正确
10.用英文以及日文完成市场顾客竞争性研究分析
11. 工作上需要与公司的技术团队以及供应商保持紧密联系
12.根据需要,为公司国际团队提供必要的协助
需具备的技能以及条件: (知识, 能力, 经验以及学历)
1. 精通日语,能够用中英文流利的交流,能够有能力独立完成专业的报告
2.本科及以上学历(商科,销售,语言文学以及市场营销等专业优先考虑)
3.具有高端零售行业经验优先,有销售,顾客服务或者呼叫中心等工作经验将优先考虑
4.能够根据公司需求,灵活自愿的调整工作时间,尤其是在销售高峰季节
5. 熟悉电脑操作,中英文打字,键盘炒作及数据录入技能
6.具有独立工作能力及团队合作精神
7.适应快节奏工作环境,能在规定期限内完成工作
8. 具有会计以及支付系统应用等经验优先考虑
9.具有IT经验者优先考虑
Responsibilities:
o Demonstrate exceptional Customer Service in Japanese and English
o Educate customer on diamond and jewelry products
o Communicate the Blue Nile Difference, instilling trust and confidence in our brand
o Offer no-pressure advice and guidance to help customers make decisions with confidence
o Build lasting customer relationships through care and responsiveness
o Effectively resolve complex customer service challenges, finding solutions which exceed customer expectations
o Continuously maintain excellent attendance and punctuality
o Proactively follow up on all work requests within Blue Nile’s service level standards
o Understand department goals and meet defined metrics
o Maneuver effectively and efficiently through computer systems
o Provide assistance and troubleshooting for payment processing
o Translate and review documents and website content in Japanese and English
o Occasional market, customer, and competitive research in Japanese and English
o Work cross-functionally with technology teams and translation vendors
o Assist in additional projects as assigned by the International team
Qualifications: (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Experience and Education)
o Native Japanese ability and fluency in Chinese and/or English, with the ability to compose professional written correspondence
o Bachelor’s degree (Business, Sales, Communications or Marketing major preferred)
o Previous customer service, sales and/or call center experience preferred
o Available to work flexible hours
o Ability to establish instant rapport and instill trust and credibility
o Strong computer and typing skills
o Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills; ability to multi-task and prioritize daily responsibilities
o Excellent listening, written and verbal communication skills
o Ability to work within deadlines in a fast paced environment
o Previous experience in accounting or working with payment processing is preferred
