？Job Description and Responsibilities:
工作描述和职责：

1 Sourcing new products (or OEM products), based on our current customers’ enquiry/confirming delivery procedures/payment and price negotiation.
-根据客户需求定项采购（OEM产品）/确认交货程序/付款和价格的谈判

2 Paying close attention on each step of each purchasing orders from start to end.
-跟进订单的全程操作

3 Reporting once a week of each new enquiry comes within past week/recording and filing each of important materials related to purchasing.
-对过去的一周的新询价，每周汇报一次/记录并存档每个与采购有关的重要事项

4 Set and keep the data base of the extension of exisiting product offer and build the database accordingly
-设置和保存现有产品的数据并提供和建立相应的数据库

Requirements:
要求
1 B.S. Degree, major in Chemical industry or relevant.
-化工或相关专业学士或大专以上学历

2 Min 3 years chemical sourcing experience is preferable
-3年 以上外贸化工采购经验

3 Familiar with sourcing/purchasing process and foreign trade procedures
-熟悉采购及出口流程

4 Previous working experience in relation to African or to Indian market will be a plus
-有非洲和印度市场的相关工作经验优先考虑
