职位描述：
Brand Building
1. Define brand, buildi a new brand from zero to one, including market&consumer&industry opportunity understanding, brand positioning;
2. Product strategy: define opportunity and develop new products to drive brand growing ;

Brand Development
1. To contribute growth of category by implementing and execute new product launches and pushing growth on pillar products
2. To Align with sales team for promotion activities and support product sales progress
3. To Interact effectively with other departments(sales, logistics) to reach marketing objectives
4. To conducts post launch evaluation analysis of major programs
5. Budget Allocation Digital

The key area for the new person will be social media:
1. Annual digital plan;
2. Work on content and engagement ideas;
3. Manage the agency executing design and copy;
4. Collaborating with KOL and media on activities around the brand;
5. Owned media copy writing;

Other Requirements
Language: fluent in English
Marking experience: 3-4 years in oprational marketing
Marketing experience in foreign/4A company preferred
