职位描述：
Purpose of the Job:

To provide services of support and project implementation on knowledge management and end user computing applications to all Bekaert North Asia entities under the leading by Group IT KMT/EUC team.

Your Role

1. Coordinating the support of the KMT and EUC applications in the region:
1) Monitoring and as the escalation channel of the first line support to end users and/or key users.
2) Coordination and follow up of 2nd line support activities
3) Training users
2. Help regional IT manager and Group IT KMT/EUC managers gether and feedback KMT and EUC business requests
3. Explain and feedback IT Standard KMT/EUC solutions
4. Properly creates the sites and defines the standard groups with permissions according to Group/BU/FU Standards.
5. Tests and validates new KMT/EUC solutions and developments in the region as required by Group KMT/EUC team
6. Monitors use of KMT/EUC applications in the region, ccapture and share best practices across regions and departments.
7. Contribute and assist in the rollout of central projects defined by Group KMT/EUC team, roll-out approved KMT/EUC projects in the region.

Your Profile

1. Education and experience requirement
1) junior college or university education, with management /IT/engineering related as major
2) at least 3 years of relevant knowledge management working experience in a foreign invested company
3) at least 5 years of work experience
4) fluent English communication skill

2. Special preference on qualification
1) Advanced knowledge of KMT Applications and EUC applications especially on Microsoft products
2) Web enabled (HTML, XML, Webservices, …)
3) Understand the concept of metadata
4) Advanced knowledge of SharePoint
5) Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications especially in Office 365.
6) Knowledge of Microsoft Cloud solution and Mobile solution
7) Strong interesting in Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure solutions and DB & SQL basic knowledge
8) Excellent written & oral communication skills in English.
9) Creative and driven to find solutions
10) Customer and service oriented
11) Analytical & systematic approach
