Job Description：
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
1. Admin support to COO, including
-screening and transferring phone call to relevant extension,
-arranging meeting and con-call,
-documents filing,
-editing and printing document as required,
-reimbursement,
-office event/training/clients visiting coordination,
-office daily operation coordination，
2. Logistics support to COO, including car pick-up, flight hotel arrangement and visa application.
3. Meeting minutes.
4. Liaison between all sites globally.
5. Other tasks arranged by COO.



Requirements:
● Bachelor degree in Administration or English with a minimum of 5 years' relevant experience
● A good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
● Demonstrated ability to be proactive, take initiative and exercise good judgment, discretion and confidentiality in all tasks
● Experienced in coordinating travel arrangements, and in organizing business meetings
● Proficiency using Microsoft Office, specifically MS Excel and PowerPoint
● Native in Mandarin with fluent English communications both verbal and written CET-6 is preferred



岗位职责：

1. 电话的接听与转接；
2. 会议组织与安排，收集相关会议材料，并做会议纪要；
3. 各类文件的收集，整理与归档；
4. COO的各类报销；
5. 协助安排公司活动，培训，商务会晤；
6. COO的差旅安排（交通及住宿安排,相关签证申请）；
7. 各类文件的分类呈送，提请相应领导阅批并转有关部门处理；
8. 各分公司的相关部门，成员联络；
9. COO安排的其他任务；
岗位要求：
1.英语、文秘、行政管理等相关专业优先，本科以上学历；
2.五年以上总经理助理工作经验，有外企工作经验者优先；
3.知识结构较全面，具有较丰富的管理经验，具有一定的法律及财务方面的知识，并能够迅速掌握与公司业务有关的各种知识；
3.有较强的组织、协调、沟通、领导能力及人际交往能力以及敏锐的洞察力，具有很强的判断与决策能力，计划和执行能力；
4.良好的团队协作精神，为人诚实可靠、品行端正；
5.熟练使用各类办公软件；
6. 良好的英语口语以及书面表达能力，大学英语6级及以上佳。
