工作概述
领导公司电商部门天猫KA电商项目旗下多平台(天猫,京东等等)媒体投放的运营管理,电商站内站外程序化推广营销,日常运营及项目管理,配合支持客户经理给予专业的媒体投放经验以及策略方向把控;
日常工作内容
? 与公司内部团队(媒体投放执行,设计,客户服务)和外部供应商(第三方TP )紧密合作完成KA项目年度投放销售指标;
? 负责领导并组织大型投放项目的策略管理,与内部团队及时跟进投放的项目进度和效果监控;
? 负责及监管具体项目的站内站站外媒体投放以及投放创意效果把控;
? 辅助公司GM参与媒体投放相关的客户提案、战略规划会议、执行会议;
? 负责及把控月度、年度的媒体投放执行策略以及预算计划。
? 对客户项目电商数据库的日常监测管理,包括数据发掘,新的策略开发以及突破寻找。
? 实时跟进了解电商行业投放新趋势和新的技术,分享并实践给公司带来新投放业务价值。
职位要求
至5年以上电商平台投放专业经验(天猫,京东);
至少3年数字媒体计划及执行的专业经验;
熟知天猫投放的各项操作,流程,天猫的规则;
擅长大型旗舰店电商活动及电商程序化购买电子商务解决方案的策划;
英语听、写能力强, 拥有出色的团队沟通协调及各个层面的表达能力;
能够熟练应用办公软件及网站推广相关工具,有较强的团队领导能力及大型电商管理策划能力 ;
良好问题解决能力;
有极强的组织能力及细节观察能力。
Sr E-commerce Media Manager
Job summary :
Leading Tmall and main E-commerce platforms (Jing Dong etc.) media buying operation management including media buying team,digital marketing, daily operation, ongoing project management,support account management team to give professional media buying experience and strategy direction control.
Main Role & Responsibilities
Work closely with internal teams (digital media, creative, account servicing and production) and external team ( 3rd party TP) to achieve the media buying project sales KPI.
Responsible for leading and organizing the strategy management of large-scale media buying projects, and timely follow up the project progress and effectiveness monitoring the media performance with the internal team;
Responsible for and supervision of media buying projects insite/outside marketplace media delivery, as well as the creative effect of control;
Assist company GM to participate the proposal delivery for new client pitch, including strategic planning meeting and executive meeting as well;
Responsible for the control of the monthly and annual media planning strategy and media execution planning.
? Daily monitoring and management of media buying project and client store performance, including data mining, new strategy development and breakthrough exploring.
? Real time follow-up, understanding of the new trends and new technology in the E-commerce media buying industry, share the best practice to bring new business value to the company.
Qualifications Requirements
Min. 5 years professional experience in media management and digital marketing in E-commerce world
Previous experience in operating a Tmall, Taobao JD or other online platform plus
Familiar with media buying rules, regulations, processes of Tmall/JD
Very good in planning of online performance marketing and ecommerce solutions
Fluent in both spoken and written Mandarin Chinese and English. Excellent in verbal communication and presentation skill with all levels
Professional office software and website promotion tools user, strong writing skills and website promotion planning skills
Effective problem-solving skills required
Highly organized with a keen sense of attention to detail
