职位描述
1. 附属产品和促销礼品或商品的采购和管理；
2. 采购订单管理包括订单准备、安置、确认和跟进；
3. 采购和进口相关模块的ERP系统管理，采购和进口相关文件的适当管；
4. 进口货物运输管理包括发货通知，运费审计和支付 ；
5. 进口清关；
6. 工作与代理进口相关税收的计算和支付；
7. 出口货物管理包括发货通知，如果需要支付运费的审核；
8. 与货代联系将货物运到亚太地区；
9. 与保税/国内仓库合作，安排及时准确的收货，负责采购对账，并与财务团队进行外汇支付工作。

任职要求
1.本科主修国际贸易，工商管理或物流者优先；
2.超过2年的经验在物流、进口操作经验者优先；
3.团队合作和自我激励；
4.流利的书面英语是必不可少的，精通Excel或数据库所需的；
5.能力与他人建立有效的工作关系。

Job Description:
? Product accessory and special promotion gifts or merchandise procurement and management
? Purchase order management includes order preparation, placement, confirmation and follow ups
? ERP system management for procurement and receiving related modules, proper management of procurement and importation related document.
? Import goods transportation management includes shipping notice, freight audit and payment
? Importation custom clearance. Work with agency for import related tax calculation and payment;
? Export goods management includes shipping notice, freight audit if needed and payment
? Work with forwarder to ship the goods to Asia Pacific.
? Work with bonded/domestic warehouse to arrange timely and accurate goods receiving and in charge of procurement reconciliation and work on foreign exchange payment with finance team

Skills & Requirements:
? Bachelor degree majoring in International trade, business administration or Logistics is a plus
? More than 2 years experiences in logistics, importation operation experience is a plus
? Team player and self-motivated
? Fluent written English is essential, good command of excel or database is desired
? Ability to establish effective working relationships with others.
