职位描述：
Responsibility:

- Managing quality improvement Projects in automobile industry as assigned, typically within a local region or business unit.
- Performing gap analysis to identify deficiencies in manufacture processes and programs, and recommending adjustments to programs and/or processes.
- Linking process deficiencies directly to bottom line impact.
- Leads cross-functional project teams formed to implement change and drive
continuous improvement.
- Drives mixed model value stream implementation projects with a focus on
continuous improvement of safety, quality, cost, and delivery.
- Use appropriate problem-solving tools to provide rapid improvement with
sustainable results.
- Ensures the delivery to customers
- Directly supervises, trains and mentors full-time assigned resources.
- Participating in operational continuous improvement reviews with the manufacture and carmaker.

Requirements:

- At least 5 years experience in quality field in automobile industry;
- Lead or assist some improvement cases focusing on reduce the NG rate;
- Know well some manufacture process, like injection, wilding, assembly, forging, heat treatment, etc.
- Good English and knowledge on special requirement of car maker is plus, like APQP, SPC, FMEA, etc.
- Good communication skill as the team member.
