The summary of job:
根据公司总体市场发展战略,帮助公司制定品牌在电子商务渠道的发展策略,并整和各项资源,推动和管理该策略的有效实施,从而最大程度地达到在电子商务渠道的业绩增长和品牌推广
According to the company overall market development strategy, help the company to make the brand’s development in the e-commerce channel strategy, and integrate various resources, push and manage the strategy’s effective implementation, so as to achieve the maximum growth in electronic commerce channel and brand promotion
Responsibilities:
1. 管理现有电子商务/网络渠道经销商,并根据市场发展情况,制定必要的渠道调整计划和实施方
Manage the wholesaler for e-commerce channel, and make out the Channel adjustment plan
2. 负责管理和统筹品牌在国内各大主要电商平台(重点客户)上的销售发展和品牌推广等各项工作
In charge of managing the sales development and brand promotion on the big main electric business platform (key customer), etc.
3. 协助各电商平台经销商完成商品上架,及时提供必要的产品参数、各种图文资料以及平台所需的其他必要材料(商品的报关单、质检报告等)。并做好所有对外文字信息一致性的监督和管理。
Assist the wholesaler to sale product on electric business platform; provide necessary product parameters, all kinds of graphic data and other necessary materials required by the platform (goods customs declaration, inspection report, etc.) timely. Monitor and manage all the brand and product information are correct and consistent.
1) 监督各电商平台执行公司的价格政策,落实及跟进促销活动Control the electric business platform to implement company's price policy, implement and follow up sales promotion
2) 与经销商核对促销费用并落实核销Check the promotion cost with wholesaler and do the reimbursement
3) 促销活动结果汇总及效果分析Do promotion results summary and analysis the result
4) 与合作经销商保持正常稳定的关系,保证业务的良好开展Keep the stable relationship and cooperation with wholesaler, to ensure the company business go smoothly
4. 配合线上经销商,共同管理线上2,3级经销商体系。架构健康有序的线上销售网络。
Cooperate with online solo distributor to manager all the online sub wholesalers, to build and maintain a healthy and structured online sales network.
5. 管理并监督第三方公司配合品牌策略运营社交媒体,并执行和实施与粉丝的交流互动活动,以进一步扩大社交媒体对品牌和销售的影响,包括但不仅限于微博,微信,头条等,在建立品牌知名度的同时,为我们各平台店铺带来更多流量及销售。每月做好社交媒体的回顾分析,并根据不同时期的策略对其进行调整与改善。
6. Manage and monitor the agency to operate in line with brands strategy and arrange activities to expend social media impact on brands and sales, including but not limited to Wechat, Weibo, Toutiao…etc, to build brand awareness as well as drive traffic to online shops in different platforms. Review the result of social media every months, adjust and improve it base on the brand focus in different periods.
7. 与网络销售平台,运营商及经销商建立长期良好的业务合作关系,确保公司策略的有效执行
Establish a long-term good business relations and cooperation with online sales platform, operators and distributors to, to ensure a good effective implementation of the corporate strategy
8. 根据网络营销的特别模式,制定针对性的、可行的促销方案,并跟踪方案的实施情况,效果评估
According to the network marketing mode, formulate specific and feasible sales plan, and follow up the implementation, and do the effect evaluation
9. 和市场部配合,制定品牌在电子商务渠道的品牌推广计划,包括品牌形象策划,用户体验和口碑,消费者回馈和行为分析
Make out the brand promotion plan in e-commerce channel with marketing team, including brand image planning, user experience and reputation, customer feedback and behavior analysis
10. 紧密关注电子商务渠道./主要电商平台的发展动向,并分析由此带来的潜在风险和发展机会,及时反馈公司以制定相应的应对措施和计划。特别关注线上水货及假货的管理与控制,及时反馈。

11. 关注竞争品牌在商务渠道/主要电商平台的产品促销,新品发布及品牌推广信息和动向,并分析对公司品牌的潜在竞争和威胁,及时反馈公司以制定相应的应对措施

12. 与美国及西班牙工厂协同,共同开发及管理中国线上定制扑克牌业务。Work with USA and Spain factory customize department to develop and manage China online customize deck business.
Qualification:
1.学历:本科以上学历,
1.Education: college degree or above
2.工作经验:3年以上企业销售,市场营销管理工作经验,有电子商务从业经验优先,
Working experience: above3 years sales and marketing management experience, e-commerce experience is preferred
3.行业背景:
1)熟悉电子商务行业整体背景和发展环境,了解国内主要电子商务(B2C)平台的运营和盈利模式,并有可证实的合作和操作经验
Familiar with the whole background and development environment of e-commerce industry, understand the domestic main (B2C) e-commerce platform operation and profit model, and confirms that the cooperation and operation experience
2)了解各种电子商务平台上的品牌推广方式及在线营销手段,有手机端推广经验的尤佳
Know all kinds of brand promotion and online marketing on E-commerce platform, has a mobile phone terminal marketing experience is preferred
3)有快速消费品行业工作背景的优先考虑,魔术、扑克爱好者尤佳
Experience on Fast-moving consumer goods industry is preferred,Magic and Poker lover is a plus
