Position: Financial Manager
Main responsibilities;
- 1. Review and control day to day book-keeping except petty cash and cash at banks, plus all vouchers input works.
2. Complete Financial Statement by month and send to CFO of the headquarter.
3. Monitor inventory balance and calculate the cost of sales and Gross Margin etc.
4. Execute and Monitor statutory report and communication with tax authority if needed,
5. Fill in and liaise with related staff of head office,
6. Assist General Manager on financing and investment, if any,
7. Assist General Manager on HR works when necessary.
8. Lead the accounting staff and give any supports at working.
9. Do yearly appraisal on performance of other staff in Accounting Dept.
Location: Shanghai
Requirements:
- Fluent in English & Mandarin reading, writing and speaking, at or above CET-6
- 3 or above years experience with garment trading business in China,
- Main experience in international accounting/bookkeeping/reporting
Very familiar with Excel and preferably with a first experience on Kingdee Accounting Software
- Experience in a WFOE or JV in China, Europe company will be preferable,
- Plus is additional experience in taxes
- A bachelor degree in finance/accounting
- Hands-on, initiative, high sense of responsibility, accuracy and orientation to details are essential
