职位描述：
? Define consumer marketing strategies, plan and initiate marketing activities or campaign to achieve business goals. Aim to increase the brand awareness, market share and conversion
? Prepare marketing execution plan and resources allocation to implement marketing strategies
? Lead consumer marketing team to implement marketing strategies and activities, promotion channels includes;
o Digital Marketing – SEM/SEO, Social Media, Video Programmatic and consumer segmentation, etc
o Offline Marketing – Events, OOH, Print Ads and TVC, etc
o Joint Promotion – Promotion ride on 3rd party channels
? Manage and monitor consumer marketing campaigns and routines projects across the team to ensure ROI and achieve KPIs, key measurement;
o Brand awareness Market Share
o Traffic and Engagement
o Conversion
? Liaise and communicate to the vendors, external media and business partners, etc. to implement marketing campaign and explore business opportunities
? Regular marketing report and presentation to Senior management
? Lead consumer marketing team to implement marketing strategies and activities, promotion channels includes;
o Digital Marketing – SEM/SEO, Social Media, Video Programmatic and consumer segmentation, etc

? Scope included but not limited to competitive landscape, Consumer satisfaction and different segments
? Industry reports and trends
Work Experience:
5 years of experience in Marketing, and preferred in e-Commerce or Digital marketing industries or marketing agencies
? Strong consumer marketing sense
? Experience to manage integrated marketing campaign (both online and offline)
? Experience in handle luxury / high end or oversea marketing will be advance)
? Fluence in English and Mandarin (Knowledge in Cantonese will be advance)
