职位描述：
Key Areas of Responsibility：
1.Design LED Retrofit lamp production process based on product design from R&D team and alignment with Industrialization team on equipment designs.
2.Ensure all production process CTQs are clearly defined and verified, with clear reports.
3.Lead key production documents (Control plan, WI/SOP, PFMEA, Flow-chart, etc.) release from factory and supplier.
4.Transfer process design/documents to quality team (Industrial quality or Supplier quality) through pilot productions and improvements.
5.Drive production efficiency/quality improvements together with cross-function teams
6.Train and coach supplier/factory staff in order to increase their capabilities, and effectiveness.
7.Support supplier selection, led by the Procurement Group

Job Requirements & Skills：
? Education: bachelar or above, electrical, electronics, lighting and automotive engineering will be preferred.
? Experience: above 5 years’ working experience in LED lamp or automotive part manufacturing process.
? Competency and Skills
？ Strong technical background and working experience in related industry
？ Interested in technology, creative, and willing to learn.
？ Structured and reliable. Knows and shows the facts.
？ Good problem solving skills, such as using DMAIC principles.
？ Good communicator, with fluent English (oral and written).
？ Aims at continuous improvement of ways of working.
? Travel Frequency: 25~30%
