Job Summary:

Responsible for supporting the planning, demand, inventory and end-to-end supply chain systems for APAC by developing and implementing best in class master data, planning and inventory management practices that ultimately lead to best in class supply chain operations decreases in inventory levels, stock-outs and working capital, all while increasing fill rates, inventory turns and material availability.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

SAP Master Data Management:
1. Manage and coordinate GBA, GAC, PET and HHI marketing master tables for all the new SKUs, phase out and changes that will be use on the next demand forecast。
2. Work with a cross-functional team (Sales, Logistics, Operations, Marketing, Finance & Accounting), to develop and continuously improve planning, inventory management and supply chain processes which include processes that drive Sales, efficient operations, forecasting and inventory planning.
3. Manage the creation of all the GBA, GAC, PET, HHI and spare part products and SKUs in SAP
4. Manage the setup of all the GBA, GAC, PET, and HHI vendor information in SAP
5. Manage all the pricing set up, changes and issues for all the GBA, GAC, PET, HHI and spare part products for all the business units
6. Document SAP processes and procedures for all APAC
7. Continuous involvement in the process integration of acquired brands into the Spectrum model for all Latam business units.
8. Integral project team member for corporate development, integration and deployment of SAP as the end-to-end supply chain solution
9. Act as a project manager for regional EDI implementation with vendors for all brands and customers.
10.Forecast submission process through various ERP systems including APO, MPS and SAP.
11.Manage the SAP master product database in support of product lifecycle growth and decline of strategic product lines, ordering, inventory, and pricing including
12.Manage the setup and maintenance of the SharePoint and On Demand Website
13.Manage the setup of the MDM for all the new MPR/APO parameters
14.Support the order vendor process as it relates to the regional requirements for all the brands (GBA, GAC, PET, HHI and spare parts) and the region.

1.GBA, PET, GAC and HHI pricing information
2.Demand Forecast active SKU and phase out products for all brands (monthly)
3.Products information (cost, dimensions, MOQ, vendor, status, profit centers, hierarchies) for all brands
4.Vendor information (payment terms, incoterms, tax id) for all brands
5.SKU’s Rationalization and Activation for of all the products for all brands
6.All process integration and deployment reports regarding new acquire brands.
7.Responsible for new Project developments and investments

Education and Experience Profile:
1. Bachelor of Science, Mechanical Engineering
2. PMI Preparation
3. SAP Super User
4. EDI/SAP Training
5. SAP/MRP Training
6. PM Project Planning
7. Baan Training
8. PL/SQL Programming
9. MS Project
10. Strong Analytical Skills
11. Over 10 years of APAC Supply Chain operations
12. Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate Supply Chain concepts to a variety of audiences


Required Skills:
1. APO and MRP Advanced Training
2. Microsoft office advanced (advanced Excel, Power Point, Macro, and Visio, skills)
3. Bilingual in English and Chinese, Japanese a plus
4. Must be detail oriented and capable of producing high quality information on a sustainable basis
5. Knowledge of Purchasing, Inventory Control, and Materials Management processes, inventory management methodologies and supply chain optimization.
6. Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with internal process partners.
7. Creative thinker who can quickly develop innovative ideas across a wide variety of business units
8. Relationship building skills with the ability to create mutually beneficial relationships with both internal and external clients
9. Ability to travel domestically and internationally
