职位描述：
1、人力资源开发，根据人力资源战略发展需求，编制人力资源规划并组织实施；
2、制度建设，参与制定人力资源战略规划，制定、执行、监督公司人事制度；
3、根据人力资源规划和各岗位空缺，组织招聘或内部调配，保证岗位正常运转；
4、薪酬绩效管理，组织制定薪酬政策和晋升政策，组织提薪评审和晋升评审；
5、行政管理，协调内外关系，组织制定部门发展战略、督办和检查工作。
6、组织公司员工团建活动以及老板交代的其他事情。
任职要求：
1、 本科及以上学历，人力资源、工商管理专业优先
2、 5年以上人力资源岗位工作经验，2年以上管理岗位经验
3、 外企背景，优秀的英语听说读写能力
4、 善于沟通，组织协调能力强，有较强的服务意识
