职位描述：
As Sales Director, Flexible Material Coater, you will be responsible for enhancing the sales of VON ARDENNE coating systems for flexible materials in China by using your network. Furthermore, you will adapt the VON ARDENNE product portfolio to the domestic market situation. Your main responsibilities will also include identifying and assessing potential customers and identifying key customers based on your network. You will recognize the needs of our customers and determine the most appropriate distribution channels for the assigned products. You will also develop customer acquisition strategies together with your sales team members and the Head of Sales Asia. Beyond that, you will manage the local sales team assigned to you to generate revenue by selling VON ARDENNE coating systems according to certain forecasts and growth agendas. You will also provide technical guidance to your assigned sales team and ensure the implementation of strategic goals. Furthermore, you will support the process of identifying appropriate sales partners and the preparation of agreements with sales agents together with the Head of Sales Asia . You will monitor the reporting of your assigned sales team and will prepare the reporting for the Head of Sales Asia . This task requires close communication with the Business Area Directors and the sales team at the company headquarters.
Your qualifications and skills:
You have a master’s degree or higher in business administration or engineering. You have a proven track record as a sales expert in plasma technology, vacuum coating or related technologies and applications for at least ten years. Furthermore, you are familiar with working in an international organization dealing with industrial goods or sputter target material. Above all, you are familiar with international company operations at the interface between headquarters and subsidiaries. Consequently, you can interact easily with people from different cultures and have proven strong leadership skills in various environments.
We are looking for a mature and customer-focused natural leader who can succeed in an evolving business environment. Beyond that, a professional command of spoken and written English and Chinese is mandatory for this position.

VON ARDENNE GmbH develops and manufactures advanced coating equipment for the deposition of micrometer to nanometer-thin functional layers on materials such as glass, metal strip, wafers and polymer films.

The main business of the subsidiary includes sales activities for architectural glass coating, PV and related equipment, service and spare parts sales, support for project installations and the commissioning of VON ARDENNE coating systems.
