Lab Engineer of PT Application Lab-Sizing and Wax(SW)

Purpose for the Job

·Be responsible for customer service & sales support on the application part of Sizing and Wax(SW) product.

·Keep product line competitive and technically updated; mainly support SW business growth by using the technical knowledge.

·To assist Lab Manager in establishing and keep process textile know-how on highest level.

Principal Accountabilities

·Support SW segment business growth by using the technical knowledge.

·To support R &D department in product development, mainly be responsible for the application part of new product development, and provide the feedback to the R &D team for the competitive product is designed to marketing.

·Conduct the prove-out test for the product from headquarter or other branch office, ensure the right product is promoted to customer.

·To support marketing in customer service for SW segment according to the TSO, furnish lab-reports for customer, interpret the findings and distributes them to marketing and sales.

·Control correct application of the products in SW product line, identify the root cause for the trouble shooting and provide the feedback to the business team on the correction action for the product performance and application skill improvement.

·Assist to make bulk trial for customers if it is requested.

Provide technical presentation to support marketing team for promoting the product or new concept to the customers.
