职位描述：
Unity Technologies is looking for a talented, energetic Education Project / Program Manager to support our education initiatives.
The critical success factors for this role are:
? Work with the US teams to coordinate/implement day-to-day production of highly technical learning products, programs, and services - from concept to online distribution in China.
? Recommend, develop, and enhance product development workflows and processes, protocols, and procedures to meet company guidelines; Coordinate partner, vendor, client, and internal stakeholder relationships to these guidelines; Monitor operational execution within these guidelines to ensure legal defensibility and product success.
? Keep abreast of activities of the US production team, including content production; keep local teams up-to-date on global education initiatives and activities, communicate local challenges, and successes towards goals to the global team.
? Coordinate with various internal departments (e.g. legal, marketing, sales, product development, documentation, infrastructure) and key external entities (e.g. partners, vendors, and clients); nurture productive relationships with each to facilitate short and long-term success.
? Operate and test education products within education delivery infrastructure, including LMS’s, CRM’s, and Web Communities. Responsible for ensuring the effective and efficient coordination of product development, localization, and testing.
? Communicate with key external partners to ensure the plan and implementation of technical learning courses and content.
? Support and coordinate localization production processes to scale and enhance education products, programs, and services.
? Provide online and onsite logistical and technical support to stakeholders, partners, clients, and customers that interface with education products, programs, and infrastructure.
? Engage with public and private sector communities to test and validate products and services; Reporting data and results back to programs director, content managers, and key stakeholders.
? Enhance our business by promoting Unity solutions at local events; build brand recognition, develop trust, and create mindshare among companies, professionals, students, faculty, administration, and parents.
Education and Relevant Experience:
? Experience managing the daily operations of dynamic and progressive products offered into the education and/or commercial market;
? 2+ years in project management, operation, or closely related experience;
? English language proficiency with exceptional oral and written literacy skills;
? Proven team player with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding project management expectations;
? Self-starter who can stay motivated and thrive working independently;
? Adept networker who can react and respond to the needs of key influencers, market leaders, and decision makers;
? Persuasive communicator with the integrity to become a trusted advisor;
? Technically proficient with office applications, web tools, and community building tools.
Nice-to-Haves:
? Extensive education experience, contacts, and a positive reputation in China;
? Experience working with video game development, graphics, technology dissemination, SME populations, and/or STEM initiatives;
? A solid understanding of the media & entertainment industry, interactive visualization and
simulation; and
? Experience with a variety of progressive technologies for game development, learning development, and project tracking & reporting, including: CMS’s, LMS’s, WIKIs, and localization tools.
