1. Developing the market and customers in the industry of Air-conditioner Compressors.
2. Maintaining the existing customers and following up.
3. Preparing the sales plan and budget, arranging and executing the sales jobs.
4. Carrying out presentation and products demonstration.
5. Cooperating with the Technique Supporting Department, providing the customers with proper solutions and informing the management of feedback from the customers.
6. Achieving the job standard and sales goal.
