1、 制作海运提单，提供给客户核对；

2、 提单确认后，及时准确地提供补料给船公司；

3、 负责核查账单及制作并提供给客户；

4、 负责向财务申请付款及跟进客户付款状况；

5、 制作定期上船报表，统计出货详单，给海外客户；

6、 确认收款，放单，通知代理送货。

任职资格：

1、 具有同行业相关经验者优先考虑；可接受无本行经验但对本行业有兴趣者，可接受应届生；

2、 工作责任心强，思路敏捷，口头表达能力佳；

3、 英语有基本读写能力，大学英语四级或以上的优先考虑；
